Nice looking, easy to use and set-up. Doesn't make much noise. Relatively light. Remote works great. Upconverts to 1080P, although anyone that's going to purchase this item would most likely purchase it for that reason. Great picture

Good DVD player, but a little bit big for my limited space. I would prefer a slim line for my space, but wanted the 1080p upconversion feature of this model.
