Good

Great till it died, survived a move and is compact, now I need help with warranty. I'm in Geelong ross@nicross.net

Loved it till the audio died this evening. I've found divx playback choppy on a lot of units, this is the second best I've tried over the last few years.

Scared by some of the reviews about support. I purchased it 11 months ago through Sams Warehouse and I'm about to try for warranty repair or replacement. Any suggestions about getting the unit repaired or replaced would be great. ross@nicross.net

Excellent

Best player I have ever owned and an absolute delight to own and use. Highly recommended to anyone in the market for a first class DVD player.

I have had mine for over 12 months and not had so much as a hiccup. Plays everything you put in it and I bet it would even play frisbees. So satisfied, that I bought a second one as a backup for when the first one reaches its use by date - if ever!...

Good

I too had problems with audio. With some (burnt & converted) DVDs it would only play the soundtrack background sounds, the voice audio track was missing - until I realised it was in 5.1 ch as a default. Change it back to stereo (under audio settings)...

Very cheap. Plays everything I have

Most of the factory defaults need to be changed via remote to work properly. Remote range is crap

Terrible

absolute crap, not multi region at all, drops sound during playback, no customer backup, not even a company website, it is crap of the first degree

Bad

This unit is a pile of rubbish. Support is minimal, and unlike most other similar units, it is not Firmware upgradeable. These are obviously a re-badged generic Chinese or Korean machine and any info or support on the 'net is virtually non-existant....

It's cheap
