Alot of functions that are redundant with my TV (eg Wifi) that I may never need. Tried to play DVDs that had worked on a previous DVD player did not work on this one

This is a nice multi-system DVD player. It\'s easy, it supports USB input as well. Just pop in the disk and play. No setup needed. It remembers where you were in case you have to stop in the middle of a DVD and will gladly resume play from that point...

Can play Blu-Rays and up-convert your old DVDs, plus it gives you access to many online additional apps... Netflix being the one I use the most and all for under $90.

I travel a lot and buy dvd\'s from pal countries and J and R gave me a good price and being an open box with j and r its as good as fractory fresh

I\'ve owned at least 20 different DVD\/CD players in my day and so far this is the best one of the entire lot - including other SONY\'S I\'ve owned. It plays MP3 discs, compressed DVD\'s, DVD+RW\'s and CD-RW\'s without a fault and without any problems....

Got this for a gift! It got very good reviews on an extensive internet search I did. J&R is always a great place to buy electronics!!
