Good, but wearing out fast!

Combines nicely with other JVC products, nice look.

Needed to be cleaned often, not always a fix.

I Cannot Play CD-R's Or View My Home Videos On DVD-R's.

I don't really want to ramble on and on about my opinions of the JVC XV-M555BK DVD-Player. I just simply want to state that overall the JVC XV-M555BK is a great DVD player for its time. However, Most DVD players today support more DVD discs Region Code...

Excellent slow motion/pausing, optical sound, and s-video output for full digital quality.

The JVC XV-M555BK does not play CD-R's,or DVD-R's.

Carries it's weight.

JVC XVM555 3 Disc DVD/CD Changer is a great model for the price. Experience clear, very crisp distortion-free image, excellent sound quality delivered.

Great quality, excellent picture/sound ; Well organized remote

No CD/R capability, taller than compact models. Small delay in changing among the 3 discs

CONTENT

Great looking device, three DVD trays, great craftsmanship, high-quality, jog shuttle switch.

One mechanism used to pick DVD from trays, remote control too difficult to master.
