Risky purchase

I purchased this unit as a Christmas gift for the family. It is my first and only experience with a consumer level DVD player. I read the previous review in epinions and went against my gut and purchased this DVD player. I guess I trusted the Memorex...

Affordable, many desirable features, available at Target

Poor reliability, 90-day warranty, remote is difficult to navigate

For the Price, It's Great!

I cannot understand the venom expressed by the other reviewer. Perhaps he thought he was getting a Sony clone for this price! This DVD player is fine--- for the money. That is a big qualifier and must limit your expectations. This is NOT the DVD...

A great deal for the money (I paid $89.00).

Limited bells and whistles - but what else can you expect for this price?

I bought this at Target for under $100 figuring, why not give it a try.

Garbage in DVD player form...

This thing is garbage. If you got one as a gift ask for the receipt and take it back. If you bought one, take it back. If you know someone that bought one, take it back.
