I bought this product about a year ago., and barely used it (total 20 hours). Then it did not recognize any discs. I called their tech-support, long distance fee charged, the Rep. Neil's answer was "move the lens-head back and forth for thirty seconds"...

The body is fine, nice size screen, light weight and durable as far as players go. Better brands out there.
