Good DVD / VCR Unit

We were in the market for a DVD player that also played VHS. (We have tons of VHS tapes and don't have the heart to give them up!) I did my research and came across this unit a few months ago. We don't record off the TV anymore, so we weren't looking ...

Easy dubbing, No problems with playback.

Not too many controls buttons on the unit.

Good unit

I bought this unit some years ago as a replacement to my failing SVHS VCR and as a backup to my DVD player which sometimes had trouble reading some disks. I was also intrigued by its 2 channel DVD Audio capability. A lot has been written about the unit...

Excellent DVD and VHS player and recorder. Spectacular DVD Audio 2 channel performance.

Poor report of status and changing chapters and titles on DVD.Flimsy tray.

If these come back in stock then don't hesitate, just buy one.

These machines are awesome, I got DVDs mine as a refurb and they gave me a 12 month warantee!!! Not a scratch on it, just like new. The that this thing churns out play great, no jumps when you play it back on my computer like with my dads lite on...

Simpler than it looks

I have been very impressed with this Panasonic Video and DVD recorder as it does what it says on the tin! Copying from DVD to Video tape, video tape to DVD, from TV to DVD from TV to Video and also from TV to both DVD and Video at the same time...
