Panasonic DVD-S48

This is a very good DVD player. It's very reliable. It shows a screen of how many minutes your dvd has been playing. It makes it easy to turn off and on and lets you know when it is on and off as well.

In the product blurb, it said "people often buy with HDMI cable" THERE IS NO PORT FOR AN HDMI CABLE ON THIS MODEL. Other than that, it plays fine.

I bought this mainly to play the DVD's for my daughter. It does that job very well. No issues. I am not sure whether this is region independent or not. It is region dependent as per the manual. You have to try your luck with respect to that.

This DVD player is very small and is easy to connect. I purchased this for my father, and it works great! He loves its simplicity and quality.

works OK and it is very simple to operate. Never had an issue with Panasonic products. A very good unit considering the low price.

So far, so good. It was inexpensive and I only hope it lasts for a bit. it's hard to find something for those of us that can't afford all the new stuff: I have an old TV and it would be foolish to spend anymore than this.
