All up, the FX720 has its limitations, but for the price, it does what it is designed to do well enough. Depending on your needs, its USB port for playing music and pictures, plus its DivX capabilities may be enough to compensate for what it lacks in...

Good quality, good picture + the video in-out which make it very versitile. Works great to watch photos directly from my DSLR Nikon D80

Region locked, can't find any info on how to unlock it, how stupid is it to make a "travel DVD player" that you can't unlock? And the poor speaker sound
