so got this for christmas 2010 and have been using it every night since. i use it to fall asleep. it usually works and its plugged in nonstop. but one day i went to press play and it said "hold on" and no matter when i press it it won't go away. so now...

My son over joyed to get this player and has now had his 5 yr old heart broken. After just a few months we can not use it because of power issues. and can not find a compatable charger locally to see if we can resolve issue.

I am so disappointed in this player. After 4 mos it quit working. The display reads "cannot play this disc. I recommend you do not purchase this product. I wasted my money.
