I have just purchased my first DVD player. Before the purchase I did a lot of research at several different sites: Consumer Reports, Consumer World, BizRate, e.Pinions, and (because of e.Pinions) also at Crutchfield.

Very solid 5 disc carousel

 

I've previously owned the Toshiba SD 3109 two disc player and the Panasonic DVD-CV51 five disc carousel. The Toshiba eventually suffered a mechanical failure. The Panasonic is still working, but I never liked the machine's quirks.. a very awkward...

Complete feature set nicely implemented. Everything feels solid and fits together well.

Some bleeding on titles on my 27" Zenith C27V22 HDTV monitor in progressive mode.
