Last, the menu is user-friendly and navigation through the settings panels is easy and fast. What is also worth mentioning here is the MP3 menu interface where the audio tracks can be selected through a smart GUI.

This plays very well and screen slow motion and fast fwd are good. It is labeled Region 2, so I assume it won't play other regions. But in every other respect this is a very good player. I've had one for three years and never had a problem at all.

I didn't even want to give this player one star because, frankly, it is utter rubbish. It plays DVDs in black and white on any TV that isn't a brand new Sony, but displays the menus in perfect colour. THIS MAKES NO SENSE! It was total disappointment...

Bought this for my daughter last Christmas and it plays certain dvd's in black and white - but it's the tv that's at fault, not the dvd player. Excellant piece of kit, a bargain.

If you like black and white DVD's, you will love this DVD. Anything that is not strictly 100% UK region you will struggle to gain a colour picture. After days of research I finally chose whis DVD. What a waste of time that was. AVOID!!!
