Beautiful looking, so-so performance

This unit is becoming outdated since it lacks HDMI but it is still the only changer supported by Escient for multi-changer controls. I have 3 of them controlled by an Escient DVD manager. All I can say is I am glad that Escient does the disc look up...

Excellent component video quality, beautiful appearance, feel of front panel controls

WORKS FOR 10 MONTHS THEN EATS YOUR DVD COLLECTION!!!

BUYER BEWARE! I HAVE HAD TWO OF THESE OVER THE PAST TWO YEARS. BOTH WORKED FINE FOR 10 MONTHS AND THEN WENT INTO AN UNCONTROLLED MODE OF CHANGING FROM ONE DISC TO THE NEXT CONTINUOUSLY. THIS CAN HAPPEN WHEN YOU ARE NOT THERE TO TURN OFF THE UNIT...
