Sylvania DVC845E DVD/VCR Dual-Deck Combo

I am not happy about having to pay $13.00 to send back the vcr which was defective. If it not functioning properly....the shipping should be on the company and NOT the consumer....

The product worked well for 10 months and now I can't hear voice whenever I put VHS tape.. I tried to clean it up and but no luck.. very cheap make and worth is for $60... thanks

I bought this device two frustrating months ago. It is ok when it works but that is usually not the case. The instructions are awful. The ability to record is awful. I don;t know anyone I hate enough to give them this machine.

We are now on our second unit in 2 weeks and this one is going back too. First one starting grabbing up tapes within the first few days. After 2 ruined tapes I sent for a replacment. We have had it 6 days and the tapes are making a clicking sound...

This unit performed well, it was easy to install and use, and the price was right.

ASt first, it worked great. Now, ever DVD locks up, freezes, restarts, then locks up again. I am going to return it to Amazon. You get what you pay for I guess.

The only problem I have is, it DOES NOT play my Audio CDs, CD-R/RW and MP3 Playbacks. I donno why? It says so but probabily don't support. If you think of playing these CDs, this combo player may not be the best for you. I am keeping this DVD/VCR...
