After reading all the positive reviews i purchased this to use as a simple DVD player to replace my old player which kept playing up.....initially great!! i had a replacement DVD player which worked fine...did all i wanted it to do, play ordinary DVD's...

Small, neat player with very prompt delivery. Good value for money. Star rating reduced by the fact that the casing of the product was scratched.

It came on time. It played straight away - even home copies from VHS. It was a reward for our 7 year old daughter clearing out a mountain of unused clutter from her bedroom and she is thrilled to bits with. Fab value for money.

I bought mine over a year ago (bought 2 in fact) the region hack at the time did not work so absolutely did not fill the tech gap I was paying to fill. Just had a look at this again and someone has put a new hack on... well have to enter it reallllly...

I reviewed this before and was very honest, my thoughts haven't changed. it is drab looking for the price, it doesn't play very many formats, can't have it on show it looks like a black tin box to keep cigarette tobacco in. Sorry, it is terrible...

Impressed with the delivery, it arrived promptly withing two days! The only slightly dissapointing was that the scart connection remains a bit loose. Thats why three stars. Otherwise works well and good compact size.

I would steer clear of this player. It is very small and compact, and that seems to be it's only redeeming feature. The hack does not stick. Every time you turn the player off, the hack resets. It constantly sticks, and the decides when it wants to...
