Take control of product failures
Place a 3 to 4 in small fan and blow through the vented holes from left to right. Chances are that the chips get overheated and fail. That's what I have done to this unit after reading about all the failures with this product. I have a Panasonic recorder...

Great DVD-VCR Combo
Very easy to install. I did have to go to Walmart for an additional set of cables, but then installed it in 5 minutes. Works great well worth the money.
