Heat control seems better than the previous cheaper iron that I had. Base plate good quality albeit a bit smaller than my last iron. Long lead. Others seem to have a problem filling with water but I have no real problem by taking the water to the iron as...
Have to press steam button for use on synthetics as not automatic at that heat. Gave off smoke when new but seems alright now
