D-Link DIR-615 Wireless N Router

By (cnet.com)

D-Link Wireless N Router DIR-615 offers decent Wireless-N performance at a very affordable price. It also has a responsive and intuitive Web interface

D-Link Wireless N Router DIR-615 lacks Gigabit Ethernet, USB ports, and its throughput speed and range could be better

At a very affordable price, the D-Link Wireless N Router DIR-615 makes a great entry-level Wireless-N router and would satisfy most situations where a wireless network is needed.

D-Link Wireless N Router DIR-615 vB2

By (pcworld.com)

Though it has strong features and an attractive price, this entry-level draft-2 802.11n router was rather slow and failed to complete some of our long-distance tests.

Very good routing features ; WPA-Enterprise support in a budget product

Poor performance at close range and long range ; No gigabit ethernet

The unit's setup, though uneventful, wasn't as well thought out as that of other models we reviewed at the same time. The Web configuration interface is a confusing mix of wizards and manual tools; after initial setup, we prefer to skip the wizards. ...

We were unable to test the first, a revision A1 model provided by D-Link...

With no Gigabit ports, your wired connection will take longer to transfer files than a premium router, but you can always use Wi-Fi instead. The real draw is the low price: The DIR-615 is the most inexpensive N router you'll find and has minimal trade ...

"Tired of the constant dropped signal and need to reboot"

By totallyfrustrated (cnet.com)

No need for complete reset with the reset but...

Fairly decent speeds on both N and G wireless and easy to set up

Constantly drops signal and then devices can't reconnect without a manual reboot (i.e. disconnecting the power and plugging it back in)
