Purchased for dehydration of food being the main purpose! It works perfectly and cleans easily, was hoping for "Made in America" but it wasn\'t ;-(

Lacks ajustability.

 

Can\'t be adjusted for smaller apples or potatoes. Peels poorly at best. Will keep trying.
