Even on the slowest setting, the top sometimes flies off this blender but it's impossible to get enough pressure on the lid to hold it down whilst also operating the dial. I've just burnt my neck on hot soup and will now be disposing of this dangerous...

This is the worst blender I have ever used. Every time you liquidise anything, the lid flies off and sprays your kitchen with the contents. Very dangerous with hot soup.I tried to give no stars.
