Only drawback is the poor manual that really doesn't tell you how to achieve results with very liquid items, or items that become liquid when processed. We had overflow the first time. Accessories and accessory storage bin are terrific!

Let me say that I love this, but I do think the price was too high. I like having all of my knives in reach w/o a big block of wood taking up counter space. It's compact and the red is a true red.
