Cuisinart Mini-Prep Processor

I don't cook a lot any more because I am a One person household. When I do cook and use my cuisinart I really enjoy it it is just the right size for a single home. My hands give me a lot of trouble and with my cuisinart I can do most of my chopping....

I wanted a prep machine to dice and chop veggies etc. This processor cuts and chops uneven-and if you want to contue to chop or dice the full amount it just goes into mush--So I am not sure what to make of this.. Probably good for other items but not...

I may be a bit biased since I love Cuisinart appliances, but this little chopper is worth its weight in silver at least. Easy to use, easy to clean, chops chunky, chops fine - what more can you ask for? Oh, it's pretty too.
