Not the red one!!!!

Like everyone else I wanted the red machine, but after searching the internet there wasn't one to be found,so I ordered the silver machine and I assure you they probably work the same.I wanted the machine primarily for slicing meat for jerky and the...

Better Than Expected

I bought my Kalorik in spite of the mixed reviews and I'm GLAD I did! I chose this model because it has more power than other models in the same price range. That has proven wise; it doesn't bog down even when slicing heavy cheese. I'm very picky about...

Nice machine

We bought this about 6 months ago and have used it mainly for cutting meats, for sandwiches, and picnics and it works great. Fairly easy to clean up and can buy in bulk and save.

nice, but still watch your pinkies

The flip over design of the food tray and monorail are real plusses for handy cleanup after use. The design of the backing plate against which food slides en route to the blade should be beefed up and made more rigid. The current design simply flexes...

Don't buy this product unless you have low expectations.

First, I had to wait over 4 months for this slicer to arrive. I need a slicer with a powerful motor and was looking forward to see what 200 watts could do. I am suprised how slowly the blade turns. I tried to slice a boneless pork loin into 1/2 inch...

I originally was going to return the slicer since the flimsy adjustable metal plate that holds the meat in position was bent severely. This caused the slices to be thick at the top and thin at the bottom. Instead I removed the plate and bent its...

Kalorik Slicer

Unit cuts very nicely but I found that the back plate moves to much with the slightest push on the meat not giving you an even cut. There is a black plastic shield behind the blade that comes right off when you take the blade off.

WARNING....PIECE OF JUNK!!!!

I have very little to say good about this product, as well as the manufacturer. Good things..........easy to take apart..........that's about it. Bad things, the adjustment knob is hard to turn especially if you have arthritis, the slide plate does not...

Great slicer for the price

I looked at a lot of slicers before buying this one. I couldn't be happier that I decided to go with this slicer. Arrived on time. UPS did a great job of crushing the box, but once open I found it so well packaged there was no damage. There is power to...

Kalorik Meat Slicer

For the price this is a good home slicer. No it doesn't compare to top deli style slicers but it works. I sliced up 15 lbs of beef and had no problems. It cleans up well too. I used a little non stick spray on the slide bar and that helped to keep the...
