Disappointing

  (Rating Hidden)

This machine is a big disappointment. As others have said it is too heavy, and not easy to assemble. The spindle has to be fitted first and then bowl/liquidisers slipped on top, which is not really the best option. The liquidiser is particularly heavy,...

Not very well made

  (Rating Hidden)

We have had our Kenwood Multipro for several years and are very disappointed with the quality. The plastic lock on the main bowl snapped off after less than a year and we're waiting for it to pack up. It's still better than the Kitchen Aid which packed...

Not very good for chopping/slicing or grating

  (Rating Hidden)

This is so heavy it's a nuisance getting it in & out of the cupboard, although it's a really good food processor apart from when you're chopping, slicing or grating. The gap between the blade & the top of the bowl is too large so that when you get...

Not so good for chopping

  (Rating Hidden)

I use my Kenwood a great deal for chopping vegetables. I find it almost more effort than it saves to dredge out all the sizable lumps of carrot, courgette etc that wizz down the gap between the chopping disk and the bowl. I end up pulling them out and...

Very disappointed !

Sorry John Lewis , I am normally a big fan but this time you have let me down!! I purchased a new Kenwood Chef sense , that I am very happy with in September 2016. I recently added a food mincer. I tried to use it today but I found that it will only...

Worthwhile gadget

A good compromise for making ice cream without another gadget to store Works well and ice cream is nice. You do need enough freezer space for bowl is biggest compromise

Food Mincer

This is a great addition to the Kenwood Chef, easy to use with clear instructions. Parts are of good quality. The only negative I would say is that when making sausages the connection to the Kenwood could be more secure, it just feels a little wobbly.

Good solid build mincer

Having battled with and discarded a plastic sucker attached mincer I bought this as an add-on to our ageing Kenwood Chef K200. I was a bit worried about how well it would fit but shouldn't have been, it slotted straight on. A great advantage of this...
