Its a good product but it does purée everything rather than mash it.

Great little gadget

 

Bought this to replace my old one that I've had for about 15 years. Works well, much more powerful than the old one. I've now ordered the whisk attachment to go on it.

Kenwood Tri Blade Hand Blender

This is a briliant innovation, with two different sized blades, blending is easy either for dry or wet goods. Can easily be used whilst cooking - and it doesn't splash!
