Having had a Kenwood before that lasted years, we bought this as a replacement. The drive mechanism packed up after 6 months, and we were told we had to take it to a service repair centre which was miles away. They weren't open on Saturdays. No offer...

A year ago I was thrilled with this solid heavy hand mixer that mixed wonderfully! As with many other reviews written here It died at 1 year old after "a fair" amount of use. I am now VERY disappointing and won't buy Phillips again

I bought this mixer after reading in a Which review that it was highly rated. So far I have only used it once but it seemed very good and easy to use.

This got delivered in it's product box, scrawled on in big black letters with address and even unsealed with invoice stuck on whole of one side. Needless to say it is being returned in same state. Never had this problem with Amazon before but perhaps...

I specifically looked for this Kenwood blender because the last one I had has lasted over 7 years. That to me is a good product, and I feel, very much value for money!!

A Which? recommended product that arrived comfortably on time. It works well, is well designed and packs away neatly with built in stowage for the hooks.

This is excellent value and works well mixing cake mix and icing. The tools are easy to fit, remove, and clean. It's not heavy and is very easy to use.
