Costs more than most, but it's packing all the right tools

Variable speed for controlled mixing ; Handles heavy mixtures with ease ; Multiple attachments with storage bag

Slower than a stand mixer ; Motor gets warm after prolonged use ; No recipe ideas

It costs more than most, but a big toolkit with a small appliance makes this a worthwhile investment for everyday cooking as well as weekend baking.
