The bottom of the liquid mixer failed whilst in use, creating an electrical hazard. Amazon good at arranging replacement under warranty, but not impressed with the quality of the product or that it allowed liquid to go near electricity.

This thing was so noisy, so inefficient...and then broke after just 6 weeks (the teeth/gears on the blender disintegrated). Amazon however handled it all really well...and I thank them.

A really useful food processor. Big enough to handle most mixing, baking, chopping, slicing requirements.I thought long and hard before I picked this model as I'd had a Kenwood food mixer for over 30years. So far, so good!

It is very powerful food processor, easy to clean as you can separate it by parts, also very fast to slice, blend, grate etc... This made so much easier to cook bigger portions as the dishes are pretty big

its too much powerful , when try to slice the onions even on smallest power it makes it like mash the base is big , so you need big space in kitchen overall its OK but not perfect

There is a fundamental issue with the product gear.We were trying to process coconut in the Jar and the gears of the Jar broke away .It is also impacted the Gear of the motor.As a result the Food Processor is not usable.It is supposed to hardy but...

This is a very nice piece of equipment which is with all its accessories in the package and it is a valuble help in the kitchen. The only disadvantage that i found is that its a bit noisy...i would prefer if it was quiter!!!!
