Very Disappointed

After only 8 months of use the blender gears sheared off. When I returned it under warranty I was informed that the processor was discontinued and couldn't be replaced. I was told to return the whole product and I would be given a refund and I then...

I was really happy with the performance of the processor and blender.

The blender gears were are poor design and made of plastic it should have been designed the same as the processor bowl which was a far better design.

Don't love it any more

After just 15 months of use the unit is being returned under warranty. The blender gears, plastic, have sheared off. While it has been used a lot, that is way under the 2Y warranty period. It was not a good blender overall, probably because of the...

Good at food processing.

Dial slippery, instruction book very poor-mainly pictorial in a zillion languages, blender weak, blender lid hard to remove.

Variable speed control is very sensitive giving very little low speed control.

Excellent product

Great value for money - I picked this food processor up for half price and well worth the money. If it lasts 28 years like my last Phillips food processor then I will be more than happy!!!!

Love it and use it every day!

After just 2 weeks we love this machine. Easy to use and clean, powerful and with many attachments as well as a blender. With the large bowl we have found it so easy to make pesto, chop onions, puree meat and vegetables, and blend soups. The blender is...

Powerful, easy to use and clean, variable speed with 'ice' and 'pulse' buttons. Lots of attachments.

Feet stickers make it hard to move; utensils must be stored separately. Instruction book is very cheap and written for many languages so it can be hard to find what you want, and it uses very small pictures for explanations.

Great item

Bought this for use in a shop as cheap ones burn out too fast. Bonus of 2 year guarantee. Not sure how long it will last but very well made and easy to use. Was expensive but worth it for quality.

Not bad, but grating implement not great

I decided to buy this product as I already have a Phillips Blender, which I am really pleased with. I wanted the processor for various things, but one of the things I wanted it for was to make coleslaw. However when I tried to use this processor to...
