Progressive International HGT-11 Folding Mandoline Slicer

I had tried two other mandolines and they were not sharp so did not slice well. I use mine mostly for slicing veggies. This blade is SHARP. In fact, even though I read all the warnings, I cut a tiny tip off my little finger. Even so, I love it.
