I eargerly opened and immediately had a sinking feeling, no instructions, no parts list. I had a slice of steak ready[aproximatelt 1/8 inch thick.] when it got into the teeth ,it stopped ,as the thickness of meat made the gears spread and not mesh....

I was really surprized at how it could tenderize my Eye of Round for Chicken Fried Steak. I'm quite impressed.

A nice solid kitchen tool. Works well, but the design limits the thickness and width of the meat that can be processed. Also, a larger capacity clamp to hold it to the countertop would be a welcome improvement.
