The ice tray in the bottom and the fact that the drawers are complete so that people can't pull the fronts off. Very quick freeze on it and most of all virtually silent!! Alarm feature very handy too.

Lack of installation instructions. Expert plumber (like others have mentioned) could not figure out how to fit the drawer front correctly with out drilling, so had to use double sided tape (like others) . We left the cosmetic grill cover off the bottom...
