I put this unit in a bedroom window...it is 110 so easy install and the first cold front the house was cold...turned the unit on heat and in 5 minutes the bedroom air was warm...so I turned it off...perfect for those who do not have central air and...

it makes rumbling noises when the heater kicks on otherwise seems good came with everything needed to install and wasn't super heavy which made it possible for me to install myself

I was pleased with how easy it was to set up and install. It's quieter than the smaller unit it replaced. Even on low, it cools nicely. On high, it hardly took any time to cool the two connected rooms noticeably.

Got one last summer for a room, works so great that when I needed one for another room the same size I ordered this one again.

pick the wrong unit, would have prefered the one with the remote but kept this one. it works well, cools rather fast just a little noisy but you become accustom to it.

Works well and easily fits in window. Heavy in shipping carton: installation instruction in bottom of box were not readily available when removing from carton. Overall performance very good and does not requre a 220 outlet.
