Looks impressive. Performs Not Impressive.

I will admit that I paid $40 for this, so I don't necessarily feel as though I really got screwed because this doesn't really work. This looks very impressive on the counter. It has a light that can be turned on and turned off. It looks great when the ...

Looks very expensive

Doesn't really chill wine well. Probably expensive to run

Cuisinart Whine Cellar

Cuisinart Whine Cellar

I have had the six bottle cellar for about three months and it no longer works. This cellar is sleek and stylish, but as others have stated and I can confirm- its a loser. Use your money to buy better wines instead of buying this thing.

Disappointing & Lasted Only 6 Months

Disappointing & Lasted Only 6 Months

I bought one of these 6 months ago. It worked fine, looks great, but then just stopped cooling. I could live with the constantly running fan, but when it stopped cooling, I returned it to the retailer who had since discontinued carrying the item. ...

Who turned on the micrwave

[...] This unit has a small motor which constantly roars on and shots off. I am not going to wait to see how much higher my electricity bill goes. Common sense tells you it's like stepping on the gas, decelerating, stepping on the gas, ad nauseam....

Just doesn't make sense!

After 15 months of owning and using my Cuisinart Private Reserve Wine Cellar, I found a puddle of water collecting on the inside bottom. I called their Customer Service # and was told in order for the Wine Cellar to work properly, my house temperature...

Noisy & no repair outlets

Noisy & no repair outlets

This unit has been noisy since the day I bought it. Since it is in the dining room I have lived with the noise. Now it stopped cooling. Cuisinart customer service says "sorry, warranty expired". No place to get serviced so have to just throw it out.

Froze and Died after 2 Months

We received this wine fridge as a wedding gift. We used it for our white wine so kept it on the coldest setting and we had no complaints about the sound or anything. After about 2 months we noticed that the temperature was at warm room temperature. The...

So far so good.

I got this for my parents at their specific request despite one bad review on Amazon. They say it is working perfectly (keeps temperature well) and is a perfect size for their needs. The shipping was free, but the package looked a bit roughed up when...

Power Hog

I'll make this short. I plugged in this unit, noticing the rather heavy-duty cord. A month later when I got my electricity bill, it was $20 higher than ever. For an apartment dweller whose bill is usually only about $40, paying $20 a month to keep a...

Great for 7 months or so...

Like several other reviewers this product worked great, but after about 7 months it stopped working. The blower still runs, but it doesn't cool the wine at all. Don't waste your money.
