Looks great, but mechanically it's junk


The Monogram ZIC360 is a nice looking model with some nice features, but mechanically it's lemon -- junk compared to the Sub Zero that it replaced. We've had the tech out numerous times and the main problem is that if the freezer drawer is left open ...

Nice looking, well organized food storage areas, friendly service department.

Freezer lacks a self-closing feature. Not appropriate for families with kids.
