No after sales services from this company - they are a joke

y are a joke -I don't believe they have any intention of fixing it. They will waste your time and money as well - don't buy from Hisense. Pay a bit more for a reputable brand.

Cheap but nasty quality and service

Bad warranty service - they will promise to send someone out to repair it but weeks pass and no one comes.

This mob are a joke - don't be fooled by the low price and the promise of a 3 year warranty, as they don't provide any after sales service! We bought one of their fridges and it had a problem with the door. The retailer swapped it over for another one...
