Terrible fridge. Mould from when bought which engineer could not explain and so did not fix. Further fault, a crack in the casing, when just out of warranty. Hotpoint won't replace or refund. Terrible customer service and product poor quality. DO NOT BUY.

I keep having to mop up loads of water in the bottom, and the thermostat seems to make no difference to the temperature setting , which always seems too war . For doesn't last as it should and this fridge was a terrible buy.

I'm not at all happy with this fridge. I keep getting pools of water underneath it. The Hotpoint engineer visited and fixed a fault but I still get pools of water.

great to use, keeps the fridge very cold at the higher set points due to wind device. perfect product for inbuilt casings.
