Freezer set itself @ -10F/Refrigerator 59F; can't be reset

 

Product:  Kitchen Aid built-in, stainless steel Architect II Series refrigerator, model # KBFC-42-FTS.

Layout of freezer (bottom), refrigerator (french doors, top) is excellent

Poor reliablity, esp. for an $8000, top-of-the-line product.  Ours broke down after 6

"this is such an awesome refridgerator. i refinanced my house just so i could own one and it was the best decision i ever made. i pretty much live in my refridgerator now. the best 6,500 i ever spent."
