Best bottom-freezer refrigerator

The LG LDC22720SW is an Energy Star-rated, bottom-freezer refrigerator with a capacity of 22.4 cubic feet. In professional tests, it gets excellent scores for temperature control, and very good scores for energy efficiency and noise level. Features...

Energy Star-qualified, excellent temperature control, spacious, quiet

Mediocre reliability record, ice maker spills cubes

Love the ablity to customize the door shelving.

The Ice Maker does not shut off or arm lift up when ice bend is full. You have to manually turn off the ice maker. This is not user friendly.

Like the ability to see all items in the refrigerator

DO NOT EVERY PURCHASE AN LG REFRIGERATOR!

Shuts off on it's own. Freezer shuts off on its own. Unplugging will reset machine after 24 hrs. Freezer builds up ice. Cheaply made product. Compressor makes loud noises. Ice builds up on venting in the freezer. The 20 yr old one that I had in the...

There are NO PRO's

Complicated-Cheap-Cooling System does not work ; Compressor makes all kinds of weird noises ; Having issues for the last 9 months of a purchase 18 months ago

A fine fridge; well built

The only problem is what seems to be true about all LG products--the documentation needs to be reviewed by somebody whose first language is English. That said, their English is a whole lot better than my Korean ...

Perfect for Left Handed Cooks

I have had my LG fridge for about 5 months and I'm happy with it. I have to say right off that the handle it on the wrong side of the door (I'm right-handed). I didn't notice that at the store, but I notice it now when I reach for the handle with...

Durable, Looks Good, Adequate Storage

Designed for lefties

Great Fridge

The fridge being on the top really makes getting things in and out alot easier. You might think that this would make the freezer hard to get to and make less efficient use of space, but it doesn't, the two drawers on the bottom and the great shelves...

Dead in 13 Months

What more can I say.  It appeared to meet our needs and the price was right.  Glad we bought the extended warranty, because it is done after only 13 months - appears to be the power supply that failed.

Looks nice, large shelf in door for milk, etc.  Ice maker really cranks it out

Dead after 13 months.  Door will not hold magnets
