Mine is dead in 2.5yrs.

Poorly designed ice maker breaks regularly. And now after owning this fridge exactly 2.5yrs. it has 100% stopped cooling at all. Called around local repair companies and no body wants to repair Samsung.

Nice design and function

Nice and elegant looking fridge. Simple model with clean design, no dispensers on front door to distract. Works great, the neg. review is just about a noise that happens quite infrequently and does NOT affect functionality.

Disappointing product

Great style, good looks. Easy to store large items on the top. Difficult to clean bottom drawer. Made very loud popping noises randomly right from week 1. Samsung sent technicians 3 times who reported "no trouble found", and Samsung refused to help...
