Samsung RSG257AARS 24.5 Cu. Ft. / Counter-Depth / Side-by-Side / Stainless-Steel

A fantastic refrigerator with a solid build and a good amount of shelf space

Consistent temperatures in both sections; Good amount of refrigerator space

Freezer section is rather skinny; Energy use a bit higher than other models

The Samsung RSG257AARS is an attractive, well built device that can hold a good amount of food and keep the temperature constant. The LCD screen looks cool, but it adds no useful features: the touch-screen control system is good, but the features for...

You couldn't pay me to buy this fridge again.

We were in a bind when our GE Profile refrigerator died on us. After going to several major appliance stores in the area, we narrowed our selection down to a few counter-depth models, one of which was the Samsung RSG257. The deciding factor for us...

LED lighting, holds temperature better than our broken fridge, good ice / water dispenser

LED lighting is harsh, unit is pretty noisy, and the shelf configuration is abysmally

Wish I had known . . .

I bought a new Samsung side by side, remodeled my kitchen to accommodate the huge size of it. I found out the hard way that bigger is not always better. Suddenly, milk spoiled, things seemed warm and come to find out, the coils were frozen over and not...

Good buy on counter depth

We have had our Samsung side-by-side, counter depth refrigerator for about two months.  We made the choice to sacrifice some interior space to gain a little exterior space in our new kitchen.  For the most part, we are happy with our choice. There...
