manufacturer had really terrible customer support.

Love it!

Althogh it might not work for marine applications I still love it and its definitelly a keeper.

Cranks out ice fast and looks really good. Like the removable ice tray and its low price

Could be lighter - 47lbs is a bit to much to be portable. I bought this for my boat and in the instructions it says it has to be on a leveled surface (which is hard to come by on a boat) so don't know if it will work for my application

Awesome Ice maker

Great unit...makes ice fast...recycles melted ice. So much better than filling ice trays and waiting. You can bag your own ice and you can take the unit with you. Can't do that with your ice maker in your Refrigerator.

I enjoy mine, but wish the ice reservoir was chilled.

Mediocre

I got this product as a gift for my dad and we have used this unit about 35-40 times over the last four months. The first 10 or so times it worked fine, but I didn't realize that this is a no freeze storage ice maker.

low cost product and does it job when it functions
