This grill is great. I love to light the charcoal with the gas. it takes approx. 10 minutes the let burn another 20 minutes then spread out and learn to use your air vents especially the lower one.let charcoal get hot and put on skinless chicken breast...

The grill does a good job, but its couplings that bind the legs to the lower grate are cheap and can break easily. The grill I bought was an open-box item and one was already broken before I noticed.

This is the second performer grill. The first one lasted over16 yrs. I use the grill all year rain or snow and every Holiday with the rotisserie to cook my turkey and or leg of lamb.

There is nothing like charcoal grilling to really feel like you have a great cookout! This grill was fairly easy to put together and is great to grill on! Would definitely recommend this product to my friends!!
