Still to this day my son is sad never did we were able to track the item at all. Called custermer service and was told it was on truck for delivery 3 days has passed and the truck never came. Called another day and not even they could track it...

If you're ridiculously stingy about buying non physical things, and don't mind waiting 5-7 days to purchase some DLC or whatever it's an alright buy as far as prices for that stuff go anyway.

I just ordered this, and a physical card is going to be shipped. I spoke with customer service, and they do not have an option to download the redemption code.
