Microsoft Xbox 360 Pro (60GB, HDMI)

Editors' note: As of September 2009, Microsoft is phasing out the 60GB Xbox 360 Pro model. It will be sold at a reduced price of $250 until stock has been exhausted. The Xbox 360 Elite (which comes with a 120GB hard drive) will be taking its place with...

All games in high-definition; easy-to-use Dashboard interface; excellent online gaming and communications via Xbox Live; plays hundreds of (but not all) original Xbox titles; doubles as a superior digital media hub and Windows Media Center extender;...

No support for next-generation HD discs, like Blu-ray; early versions of the console prone to "red ring of death" system crash; online gaming require a paid subscription to Xbox Live.

Now that Blu-ray has become the pre-eminent high-definition standard for discs, the Xbox 360 has yet to support it, but it still remains an excellent game console with a superior game library and online experience.

Microsoft Xbox 360 Pro Kung Fu Panda/LEGO Indiana Jone bundle (60GB)

Editors' note: Microsoft has since discontinued the 20GB Xbox 360 reviewed here. As of September 2009, there will be only two Xbox 360 SKUs, the Xbox 360 Arcade and the Xbox 360 Elite. Please check out our Xbox 360 resource page for all your Xbox 360...

With its extensive digital media features, a superior online service, and an excellent game library, the Xbox 360 remains the game console to beat.

Microsoft Xbox 360 -60GB, HDMI- One Of The Greatest Gaming Consoles

We always thought that Xbox 360 was made by Microsoft because it looked at Sony's play station consoles as substitutes for computers and not to mention the great gaming experience. But then Microsoft has worked really hard and since then it hasn't...

High definition games can now be played, user friendly dash board interface, great communication and online gamming through Xbox 360, also works as an excellent media hub, you can watch movies, play songs, view data on memory cards, Marketplace lets...

You need to pay for subscription to Xbox Live, no Blu-ray player, ‘red ring of death’ still lurks

Microsoft Xbox 360 newer console is certainly a great buy if you don’t have one yet. But we will advice you against upgrade since it is not worth spending additional money. It is worth waiting for the next upgrade from Microsoft which will most likely...

Supreme Commander - Xbox 360

An Extremely Disappointing Translation

The large-scale battles were maintained in the port, leading to engaging multiplayer matches, but the awful frame-rate stops even that from being too entertaining. Up to four players can battle each other over Xbox Live, and while the game's slowdowns...

Microsoft Xbox 360 video game console Review and Prices

The first aspect of Microsoft's Xbox 360 console that catches your eye is how darn small it looks compared to its progenitor--it must be all the curves. This white, svelte machine can sit either flat or on its side, and can be further customized by a...

New Xbox 360 Controller With Transforming D-Pad

Every so often, video game companies revamp their controllers. They change the color, add a few dollars to the price, and release them with a moderately sized ad campaign. But, more often than not, the “new” controller offers very little difference and...

Overall, I think this controller revamp was well done and not just a marketing ploy. The new texture allows for a more comfortable grip and the new joysticks aide in movement control. That fancy new D-pad is actually pretty handy, not to mention the...
