EA Sports Active: Personal Trainer (Wii)

It only takes around 30 mins to do the workout, I never liked going to the gym, so I find this really good .Im in the middle of doing the 30days challenge , and managing to keep up with all the excercises.

Ihave only had the game for a few weeks ,and have not came across any bad points about it yet.

If you don't go to the gym regularly and are a bit unfit, then this is perfect as you can jump around in your pj's! Plus, you can step up the intensity levels as you get fitter. Gives a good all-round workout and differs enough each workout so that you...

Commentary gets a bit annoying, and can be a bit slow between each routine.

EA Sports Active: Personal Trainer (Wii)

Easy to use and to fit into a daily routine Good for beginner exercisers Builds up fitness gradually Able to customise workouts Good value for money compared to joining a gym!

The only bad point is it doesn't work out the stomach area, you need to do additional exercises to tone up your stomach, but thats not a problem.

EA Sports Active: Personal Trainer (Wii)

Great selection of activities and levels of difficulty - a really good product if you want to work out rather than just play and handy if you can't afford gym fees.

The tennis is set up for right handed players only - lefties can get round it by using remote and nunchuk in opposite hands to the trainer and their forehand shot is your backhand.
