it worked fine for about 6 months, then all of a sudden, the NES part on it stopped working, but the SNES part did still work, the light wouldn't turn on o anything, there was no customer support, since no company is listen on the box.

This system is great if your into old school classics like super mario etc... it works great and so far it seems reliable. one of the biggest plus is that it plays 2 system games in one, and best of all with out the ridiculous price of the original...
