WarioWare: Twisted! brings back the fun of teh 5 second microgames that made the first WarioWare such a hit. Dr. Cry-Gor is back and he changes things by adding a new gyroscope to Wario's GBA. Now you can control the action by rotating the entire GBA and pressing the A Button. Along with this new motion sensor, the cartridge has a rumble pack for force feedback.
