Alpine PND-K3 - GPS receiver

By (cnet.com)

MSN direct going away

By Frovingslosh (newegg.com)

I don't own the unit, but it seems to have good specs

Any buyer should be advised that Microsoft has announced that MSN is being discontinued. It will only be available until the end of 2011
