It can't find address and when u miss a turn it take long to tell u were to he and some times it can't find address

If your a over the road truck driver this is NOT the gps you... map is seriously out of date. Give you inaccurate directions to locations. Lots of roads not in database. Customer DISservice is a complete joke

I like most things about the GPS except: it comes with only a quick reference guide on how to install and set up. No owners manual that tells you how to update the maps or how to do it. I drive truck everyday and with the constant road construction...

Great if you are a proffesional driver who needs to keep a DOT log and track driving time. Not recommended for average consumers needing a standard GPS.
