Eclipse AVN2210p

The Eclipse AVN2210p provides a usable portable navigation system with a feature-rich, in-dash system for navigation, entertainment, and communication. Its intuitive interface for navigating digital audio connected via its USB connection is...

The system's interface for playing digital audio discs is disappointing. In standalone mode, the TomTom device can lose its GPS signal in built-up areas; its lack of a pedestrian mode means that it's of limited use when on foot; and its sub two-hour...

The innovative Eclipse AVN2210p has many attractive features, including an intuitive navigation system, a great Bluetooth calling interface, and USB connectivity for digital audio. While it has a few usability drawbacks, the system is tough to beat for...

"Run, don't walk away from this product!"

I have owned for about a year, during which it only worked properly for 2 months. All the problems started with the software updates using the TomTom Home product. That lead me to a nighmare of bugs, bug fixes, reboots while driving, etc Calls to the...

detachable face is nice

Problematic software updates

"What a disappointment!! Kraco may be better than this."

Better money spent on Chuck E. Cheese.

None. Zero. Zilch!

Had to replace it TWICE and still does not work . Locks up. Tech support is horibble on both TomTom and Fujitsu. STAY AWAY!!!

"I love this unit! When it doesn't malfunction..."

this unit is great for the price, I got it on ebay brand new for $327. when the unit is working properly I love it. I've use the tomtom navigation to go to few places and it always takes me there using the fastest route and I've never gotten lost. the...

This head unit has everything I need. navigation, plays CD, ipod, MP3 discs and regular CDs and radio. Bluetooth hands free, voices coming from speakers. i don't watch DVDs when I drive so i really don't have the need to have a DVD navi unit.

i put a MP3 disc with 110 songs into the unit and it played fine, the 2nd week it stopped playing and the Disc wouldn't come out, finally came out a week later. ipod control always play the first song when you plug it in...

"Jack of all trades, King of none"

I like the unit overall, for the amount that I payed on eBay it really does everything it says it will. The biggest things that bother me are the really poorly backlit screen which is nearly impossible to see at anytime other than night. The FM radio...

1) A true all in one - it has GPS, CD, MP3, USB Flash, XM radio and regular radio. You can also get IPod connectivity but I don't have that.

1) The units' display is hard to see in bright daylight

Great Idea - Poor Execution and Support

I bought this less than a year ago because it's TomTom in the dash. Circuit City installed it with the speed sensor, steering wheel controls, iPod interface and aux input. Don't expect the CD to work for more than a week. The store warned me of this...

It's a tomtom indash with iPod control

Very poor reliability, engineering and support

Superb Product! Very Satisfied After 1 year of Use

I have this unit in my 4 door Integra GSR. It replaced an Alpine XM Radio that I had. This product has exceeded my expectations in every way possible. The TomTom GPS system and Sirius radio are very well integrated (also the ipod) and the fact that you...

Good solid build quality, ability to angle the head unit for better visibility. The GPS navigation works very well and so does the XM radio

bluetooth receiver is below par and not usable in my car

Product Specifications

With the spread of navigation devices seen on a global scale, sales of PND (Personal Navigation Device) have been increasing along with sales of factory-installed navigation integrated with entertainment systems. PNDs have seen a steady rise in sales due to their ease-of-use and convenience - being able to be used in other vehicles, going over travel routes at home, added security because they can be removed from the vehicle, affordable pricing and portability. Against this backdrop, FUJITSU TEN brings the best of both worlds together. This product is a double-DIN sized audio unit with a factory-fit console appearance that also integrates a navigation section that can be detached and used independently. The AVN2210p combines all the advantages of a full-featured usefulness of a PND into a product that a greater number of consumers can enjoy at an attractive price point. The AVN2210p is equipped with a 3.5" TFT display. Map database for Canada and the USA is contained in a compact SD memory card. The detachable navigation section incorporates a GPS antenna, built-in speaker and rechargeable battery, making it fully operable independently when removed from the main unit. Users can also access TomTom PLUS services including weather and traffic reports. These can easily be managed using TomTom HOME, a proprietary software application that is provided at no charge. FM/AM, CD, CD-R/RW, MP3 and WMA files can be enjoyed even when the navigation section is removed.
